Our low profile belt system gives both flexibility when you overload on carbs, and extra support when you make that last push for the summit! The uniquely designed side pocket eliminates "pocket overload", and keeps the contents from playing ping pong with your knees.     I am between sizes, should I size up?

    Yes, we recommend sizing up. Our waist sizes run similar to outdoor brands 20 years ago.

    Is there a cellphone pocket on the left side as well?

    On the Rob Roy V1, there Is not a cellphone pocket on the left size, but we have added one to our V2. Please see our V2 by clicking here!

    How much will the internal belt adjust the waist?

    The Internal belt will allow you to adjust down a full 2 sizes from say a 34 to a 32, and loosen about 1 size up.
