This all-season pant is designed for mid and high altitude adventures. Our low profile belt system gives both flexibility when you overload on carbs, and extra support when you make that last push for the summit! The uniquely designed side pocket eliminates "pocket overload", and keeps the contents from playing ping pong with your knees.     New Fit

    Regular Fit Added

    One of the most requested additions was a looser fit for “those of us who don’t skip leg day” – as a few customers worded it.

    We wanted to create a looser fit while remaining true to our ethos, that a trim fit increases mobility, comfort, and durability. The regular fit is still a tapered fit, but has more room in the hips, thighs, and calves.

    We knew we made a mistake in only including our unique, quick-draw cellphone and knife pockets on the right side. SO, NOW THEY’RE ON BOTH SIDES.

    We also have moved the side, vertical zipper pocket to the inside of the horizontal pocket for improved security and discreteness while offering a more streamlined silhouette.

    Adjustments

    The V2 waist was very slightly loosened to create a truer fit. This adjustment is minor and should only impact customers who are right on the edge of a particular size.

    We adjusted the thread in both twist and spacing to better match the stretch of the fabric.

    Where are the pockets located on the Rob Roy V2?

    The V2 has the same pockets as the V1, but now Includes the cellphone with a secrete Inside zipper pocket on both the left and the right, a knife pocket on both the right and left hip, a small key fob pocket above the left front pocket.

    What can the secrete zipper pocket hold?

    The secrete zipper pocket Inside the cellphone pocket is 5in x 5in and can fit a US Passport, IPhone 15 max with a small case, a wide variety of wallets large and small, and most things you normally would put In your front pocket.

    Will the knife pocket fit my large knife?

    In the V2, we have widened the knife pocket to accommodate larger knifes and still fit right behind your hip for maximal comfort. Exact Dimensions are: 2.5in wide by 4.5in tall (size 32/32).

    I just received these pants and will be traveling with them next week. I've been a huge fan of Prana Zions for years but was looking for something more affordable. These hit the spot. It is immediately apparent.

    The leg width and length is perfect for my height (5'6", 165 lbs.), and the waist is true (32x30). No bagging in the pant leg at the bottom. The adjustable waist buckle is better than Prana's that often loosens over time.

    The waist band is lined with a soft material that feels a little warm, but I have yet to experience that with walking over long distances. I'll find out next week and will update as needed.

    The pockets are varied with zipper enclosures. Lots of options for secure and loose storage, layered in the same leg pockets.

    This is an excellent pant, with high quality, breathable material and solid stitching. I will likely purchase other colors. Well done.

    One of the best clothing purchases I have made recently. Great design. Finally enough pockets, well situated, to handle all EDC stuff. Slim fit is perfect for my body size. Kudo’s Nebu for design & execution. And yes - on the pricey side. Worth the investment, one gets what one pays for with this company!
