I purchased the Rob Roy previously, and absolutely love the fit and the ability to move with e and I also feel they are well made and will last a long time. So when I ordered another pair, I thought I would try the B-52 Pant as it was billed as "lighter". But what I didn't know what that they have a kind of herringbone/feathered finish which makes them look dressier than I wanted. I will not attempt to return them, but will only wear them on dressier occasions which I do not experience much. This is one of the risks when you purchase stuff online.
They fit good and are light weight. We bought them for riding so we will see how they do.
Bought one pair of the b-52’s and liked them so much I bought two more. Will be buying more of these for sure. They’re so convenient, comfortable, light, and look great.
I picked these pants up a few weeks ago after meeting the crew at a bike event. I’ve been wearing these hiking, fishing and at work since. Very impressed with the breathability! Better than any other pants I have - these are perfect hot weather pants. I can’t comment on durability at this time, but they seem to be high quality and I don’t expect to have any issues. Will be getting another pair!
I climbed 32808 feet in 36 hours non stop wearing the Nebu B-52 (or 18 World Trade Center buildings). When a freak thunderstorm hit, I thought the game was over. But the quick wicking material worked like true magic and was dry in no time. Without that, I would have easily chaffed/developed blisters and my dreams over soon.
